The Challenge

Our main challenge was launching a new restaurant in the highly competitive food scene of Brisbane. With so many dining options available to both locals and tourists, our goal was to make this new establishment stand out and attract customers quickly. We needed to create a digital marketing plan that effectively showcased the restaurant’s unique offerings and engaged the local community and tourists exploring Brisbane’s food culture. Additionally, we had to figure out how to turn website visitors into actual diners, increase reservations, and build brand loyalty. All of this required careful planning and execution.

We ran a strong retargeting campaign for everyone who visited the client’s website. We also integrated codes, called Facebook pixels, in the website to make the most of the data and improve how well we turned visitors into customers.
